On Sunday Nic shared his first message as our new Lead Pastor, offering us an insight into how he became a Christian. The message focuses on Romans 12: 1-2 a call to 'true and proper worship' that does not conform to the pattern of this world, but transforms us as we renew our minds.
Nic offers three key points
1. Our doctrine leads to doxology
2. We must know who/se we are
3. Walking out the truth

Thanks for joining in a very special Sunday as we welcome our new lead pastors Nic & V Gilmour and their kids to Goodlife Community Church.
We are delighted to have as our special guests Mark & Jan Foreman from their previous church North Coast Calvary Chapel. Mark shares a message of encouragement for Goodlife to follow our good shepherd, Jesus.
1. Be Shepherds with the sheep's best interest in mind.
2. Honour the gate - Jesus is the way
3. Lay down your life - you are here for your sheep
4. Know the sheep well
5. Feed them a rich diet, but only from the word of God
6. Find the lost sheep

On Sunday we had special guest speaker and Goodlife All Star; Ryan Smith. He shared a message based on Jesus' story in Luke 14: 12-24 on The Great Banquet table. Ryan reminds us that we are ALL invited, but so often we have excuses. God is building his church by building a bigger table, who are we inviting to join in?

On Sunday, Mike Hardie shared with us one his final messages as lead paster at Goodlife. If you've missed that update you can find it here: In his message, Mike is revisiting the idea of "Thank God You're Here", a message he shared over 4 years ago about how can we, as followers of christ, be a group of people that when we show up in a situation people go; "Thank God You're Here".
This sermon takes a look at 2 Kings 6 which demonstrates the God of everyday problems and that to live in the way of Jesus is to show up and be a presences that says:
- You're not alone in this struggle
- Your problem matters to God
- Help is available
- Restoration is possible
- This community cares about you
