We see that Daniel and his friends have made a stand for God and now God is using them to influence the culture. We see that this draws them to prayer relying on God’s faithfulness and power.
We see that standing firm for God when others bow the knee to the culture can bring opposition and persecution but we see God stands with us in the furnace of hardship and then rescues us out of it.
It is our responsibility to obey and stand up for God the consequences rests with Him. He stands with those who stand for Him.

Daniel made a stand for God which brought about a change in King Nebuchadnezzar's heart towards God.

rejection of God and in our walking away from Him, evil came into play.
