This week Nic brings us a message based on James 4: 10-12. He explains that we as a church are called to unity, not uniformity. We need biblical humility in knowing who we are in Jesus, beloved forgiven children of God and flawed people. It is from this posture that we can engage with different opinions. Nic provides some great insights including:
- The way we tackle difficult issues is important
- Jesus came to fulfill the law, he is our atonement.
- He both contracts and expands the law giving us the greatest commandment, loving the Lord your God with all your heart and love your neighbour as you love yourself.
